Welcome to the University of Evansville Gerontology Center Website
For over two decades, the Gerontology Center has provided a wide range of services for students and caregivers in the larger Tri-State community. The Center provides both formal educational programming and programs oriented to the general Tri-State community.
A Gerontology Certificate is offered upon completion of a prescribed set of gerontology courses offered at the University of Evansville. The Certificate is available to both current full-time students and professionals who wish to earn the Certificate on a part-time student basis. In-Service Workshops offering continuing education credit for professionals are also offered. In addition to these formal education programs, the Gerontology Center offers programs for the general public.
As part of our public education program, we publish the Gerontology Newsletter, a series of programs for the community and this Gerontology Center Website.
